Responsibilities

• Adhere to Weatherford's quality program and safety policies.
• Maintain testing equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Gather test parts and set up tests using overhead hoists and forklifts.
• Perform inventory of test parts and equipment.
• Operate test equipment (e.g., Pumps, Flow systems, Valves) and document results.
• Conclude test setups and store equipment properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lab, office, and facility grounds.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff as needed.
