Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Carthage, TX 75633 is seeking a Wash Bay technician to support onsite rig operations. The role requires a valid Class C license, MVR check, and willingness to work a 14-on/7-off schedule with overtime, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing Thomas products, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and communicating clearly with customers and team members. Forklift experience and prior oilfield work are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class C driver's license required.
• Acceptable MVR per insurance guidelines.
• Willing to work 14 days on / 7 days off including OT, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Requires repeated heavy lifting of up to 75 lbs and outdoor work in variable weather.

Job Details: Job Location: Carthage, TX 75633, Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly, JOB SUMMARY Wash Bay technicians support onsite rig operations by performing the following job-specific duties outlined below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to clean and prepare Thomas products.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and other employees as needed to complete assigned work.
• Works autonomously with limited supervision, escalating issues to Field Supervisor as required.
• Maintains company and customer work areas to Thomas standards of cleanliness and orderliness at all times, while also observing location-specific safety protocols.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class C Driver License
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) per insurance guidelines
• Able to work rotational and on-call schedules (14 days on/7 days off), including OT, weekends, nights and holidays
• Requires repeated heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs. and working outside in variable weather conditions
• Able to successfully complete all required pre-hire tests and verifications to include pre-employment drug testing, criminal background check and MVR review.
• Previous oilfield experience
• Forklift operator experience
