RigUp, Inc. is seeking experienced Field Operators in Midland, TX to plan, install, operate, and maintain completion tool systems at customer well sites supporting hydraulic fracturing operations.

The role emphasizes safety, technical proficiency, and mentoring junior personnel while delivering high-quality service in challenging field environments. Candidates should have relevant oilfield experience and be willing to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in completion tools or oilfield services industry.
• Strong understanding of surface and downhole hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Experience with pressure testing, QA/QC processes, and field troubleshooting.
• Must pass all required drug and alcohol testing.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required safety certifications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work outdoors in extreme conditions, and operate required equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight and extended stays.
• Eligibility for a passport for international assignments.

What You’ll Need
