Cactus Wellhead is seeking Frac Field Service Technicians in Odessa, TX. You will perform installation, testing, servicing, and repair of wellhead equipment in a demanding field setting, with a rotational schedule.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction on oilfield sites. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience or training, and required safety certifications (H2S, SafeLand, DOT when driving heavy vehicles).

Field Service Technicians at Cactus Wellhead perform critical installation, testing, servicing, and repair of wellhead equipment in Odessa, Texas. This role involves hands‑on work in industrial and field environments, supporting oilfield operations. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work in challenging conditions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training
• Customer required training
• Certifications in H2S, SafeLand, and DOT (when driving vehicles over 10,001 GVWR)
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools
• Ability to work in extreme weather, loud noise, dust, fumes, and chemicals
