Job summary

Imperative Chemical Partners in Midland, TX is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage organization, safety, and upkeep of the Midland facility. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, staging, and preparing materials for shipment.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform weight-to-volume conversions, assist with blending, and ensure documentation and labeling are accurate, while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse and reporting issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a warehouse or production support environment.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and oral safety rules, SOPs, and material identification.
• Strong mathematical skills (basic arithmetic and unit conversions).
• Basic computer skills and experience with handheld devices (iPad).
• Forklift operation certification required (in-house training).
• Team-oriented with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts with management coordination.
• Use company-issued iPad to manage, track, and complete tasks.
• Receive inbound materials with accurate labeling, documentation, and proper storage.
• Stock received and in-house materials with proper labeling and storage.
• Safely move and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Transfer in-house produced products into drums, totes, or other containers for orders.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers, complete checklists, and perform weight-to-volume conversions.
• Assist with blending operations when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse, yard, and storage area; report issues to Supervisor.
