Olgoonik is seeking an Expeditor II to coordinate, monitor, and direct movement of personnel, materials, and equipment to support Arctic operations. The role ensures timely scheduling of transportation, accurate shipment tracking, and smooth transfer of supplies on the North Slope.

This temporary full-time position requires a high school diploma, 3+ years expediting oilfield experience, and the ability to load and secure cargo by truck, trailer, aircraft, and helicopter.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of North Slope Oilfield expediting experience.
• Experience loading trucks, trailers, large and small aircraft, helicopter slings, and securing loads.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate movement of materials and equipment to support operations.
• Schedule and coordinate transportation and helicopter flights as needed.
• Maintain expediting logs and progress reports.
• Ensure timely delivery and safety compliance.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve material issues.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
