Curtis Service Co. is seeking a Backhoe Operator to perform dig and load tasks on oil and gas service sites. You will operate backhoes safely, perform daily inspections, and coordinate with crew members to meet site specifications.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety policies, working outdoors in varying weather, and communicating effectively with spotters and supervisors. CDL with a clean record is required, and experience on oilfield sites is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience on oilfield or oil and gas service sites preferred.
• CDL with clean driving record required.
• PPE and safety-focused mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe/loader for digging, trenching, grading, backfilling, and loading tasks on oil and gas service sites.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and complete equipment check sheets.
• Execute excavation work including pipeline trenches and wellsite preparation.
