Car Spa, Inc. is seeking an Oil Shop Manager Assistant to help lead the lube center operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, monitor safety, and assist with inventory and daily reporting.

The role involves coaching the team, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting profitability targets while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient service bay environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable, coachable, eager to grow.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and recommend services per guidelines.
• Support Lube Center operations, including scheduling and staff supervision.
• Coach and train team to maintain quality standards.
• Oversee inventory levels, place orders, perform monthly counts.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are accurate and complete.
• Assist in achieving departmental profitability and labor budgets.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and monitor equipment.
