Job summary

Car Spa, Inc. is seeking an Oil Shop Manager Assistant to lead daily operations in our lube center and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will supervise staff, support scheduling, and ensure policy and safety standards are followed while coordinating oil changes and emissions testing. Ideal candidates are reliable, coachable, and eager to grow, with prior supervisory experience in automotive or retail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in automotive or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and recommend appropriate services based on guidelines and needs.
• Support Lube Manager in scheduling and staff supervision.
• Oversee team performance and enforce quality standards through coaching and training.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and conduct monthly counts.
• Perform opening and closing procedures accurately.
• Help achieve departmental profitability and labor budget goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area by monitoring tools and equipment.
