The role offers a base plus uncapped commission, a clear path for advancement, and comprehensive benefits. A Class B CDL and related endorsements are preferred, with training provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; ability to obtain Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, Tanker Endorsement.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Experience in route sales preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Service: engage with customers to provide top-notch service and grow the oil business.
• Operate with Precision: use hoses and equipment to load/offload oil from containers.
• Ensure Safety: follow safety guidelines, inspect vehicle/equipment, and plan efficient routes.
• Build Relationships: develop customer connections, pursue additional service opportunities, identify new business prospects.
• Meet Goals: achieve sales targets and comply with DOT regulations and company standards.
