Perdue AgriBusiness is seeking an Oil Refinery Supervisor to lead daily production across laboratory and production areas, ensuring safe operations, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, drive lean improvements, coordinate with maintenance and engineering, and report production metrics while upholding our safety culture.

Competitive salary range of $68,000 to $102,000 per year, with annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering preferred.
• Experience leading Oil Refinery laboratory and production staff.
• Knowledge of ISO/OSHA compliance and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and risk management across the refinery.
• Lead refinery laboratory and production staff development, hiring and training.
• Supervise daily production to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance to monitor equipment and minimize downtime.
• Optimize labor, materials and equipment usage for cost-effective operations.
• Maintain production records and report status to management, including KPIs.
• Act as liaison between production, engineering, QA and supply chain.
