Job summary

Trulieve seeks an Oil Processing Technician II to support weighing, measuring, and filling medical marijuana derivatives into compliant containers for dispensaries, operating filling lines with Thompson Duke/ETG/Versa and meeting tight deadlines.

The role requires precise math, attention to detail, and the ability to train junior staff. Work is in a controlled, fast-paced facility with strong adherence to cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV) and able to pass background screening.
• Minimum 1 year in processing quality at Trulieve.
• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to stand, push/pull/lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work flexible hours.
• Experience with Thompson Duke, ETG, Versa equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment (Thompson Duke, ETG, Versa) and ensure fill rates meet specs.
• Perform change overs, basic troubleshooting, and PMs on equipment.
• Weigh, measure, and fill derivatives into containers for resale.
• Document and conduct quality checks of incoming material, process, and finished goods.
• Report equipment issues to maintenance and leadership.
• Label containers with product labels and state tags; ensure proper counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and cGMP adherence in packaging area.
• Train Oil Processing Technician I as needed.
