Job summary

SGS North America Inc. in Naperville, IL is seeking a Laboratory Technician to safely conduct analyses and report on products such as oil condition monitoring.

You will perform hands-on bench work, prepare reports, and maintain analytical methods and safety procedures. Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates degree in a science discipline is preferred.
• 1 year of laboratory technician experience is preferred.
• Able to work with chemicals and petrochemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory analyses on bench samples.
• Complete laboratory reports and maintain data accuracy.
• Stay current with laboratory analysis methods and safety procedures.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Adhere to SGS safety & reporting protocols.
