Boswell Oil Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily location operations in Waycross, GA. The role includes order entry, customer reception, and coordination with Sales, Service and Operations to ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and able to work Monday through Friday 8a-5p with some schedule flexibility. A high school diploma is required; associates degree and 1 year of related experience preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in business management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in office or sales administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in sales or sales support strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents; respond effectively to inquiries in English.

Responsabilidades

• Create or complete sales orders based on customer requests via phone, email, in-person, or order placing software.
• Greet walk-in customers and answer calls and emails, directing to relevant staff.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service and Operations to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer profile sheets and credit information for new customers.
