Boswell Oil Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Athens, GA location. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively to support the sales team.

Responsibilities include order entry, customer reception, and cross-department collaboration. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a stable work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with potential flexibility to meet customer needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent, Associates preferred.
• 1 year office or sales administration experience required; sales support experience preferred.
• Strong English reading, writing and communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Create or complete sales orders based on customer requests via multiple channels.
• Greet walk-in customers and route inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and Operations to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain customer profiles and process credit applications.
• Monitor order variances and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
• Prepare reports and data for management and customers.
