Job summary

Encompass Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to take charge of assigned surveying projects, lead field crews and technical staff, and ensure successful execution from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have +/- 10 years in land surveying, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Trimble, AutoCAD Civil3D, and GPS. A valid driver's license is required and background/drug screens will be conducted.

Qualifications

• 10 years of land surveying experience.
• Background and drug tests required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Operational understanding of GPS and surveying equipment.
• AutoCAD Civil3D skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally.
• Ensure safe working practices.
• Manage and prepare documents for land surveying activity.
• Oversee timely design submittals.
• Address scope, schedule, and budget issues as they arise.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposal documents.
