The role requires 7+ years in land surveying, party chief experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Carlson software. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred in Land Surveying.
• 7+ years of land surveying experience including party chief level or related field.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, roadway software, MicroStation and Carlson principles.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction stakeout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and field crews to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Lead and direct staff, review work for quality assurance.
• Meet with clients, prepare proposals, and establish budgets and schedules.
• Oversee surveying and mapping activities, review changes and additional work requests.
• Support marketing and client relationship development.
