Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Oil & Gas advisory or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Robust organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, structuring, and recommending financial and strategic alternatives, including mergers, acquisitions, asset sales and divestitures.
• Leading and supporting day-to-day execution of transactions, due diligence, valuation analyses and negotiations.
• Analyzing financial data and market developments relevant to PJT Partners' business.
• Conducting industry research to support strategic/financial analyses and opportunities.
• Performing valuation analyses of prospective investments and assessing financial risks.
• Comparing a company to industry peers to forecast trends and develop models.
• Designing and developing quantitative models to assess performance of targets.
• Preparing written analyses for PJT management and client review.
• Participating in client meetings, contract negotiations and due diligence sessions.
