Job summary

SLB is seeking a Resource Coordinator in California to manage the material requirements plan for PSD and TLM activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to locations and wellsites. You will link operations with planning and supply chain, and collaborate with OCC, distribution hubs, and EM centers to secure resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas.
• Strong experience with MRP and inventory planning.
• Knowledge of procurement and materials management.
• Ability to communicate with operations and planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate, and maintain short-term MRP schedules based on forecasts and inventory.
• Analyze material availability to ensure timely procurement of materials and products.
• Evaluate and prioritize MRP action messages to expedite or reschedule as needed.
• Communicate lead times and delivery status to set expectations with stakeholders.
• Convert demand signals into Purchase Requisitions and maintain master data.
• Perform regular MRP maintenance including lead times and safety stock review.
• Monitor KPIs like stock turns, fill rates, and on-time delivery to optimize stock levels.
• Lead IBP reviews and ensure follow-through on actions.
