Job summary

IStick Capital Management LLC is seeking a Pumper to help optimize and maintain oil and gas production and lease expenses. The successful candidate will prepare and submit daily reports on volumes, chemicals used, and well pressure, among other metrics.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, the ability to work as part of a team, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Pumper duties include roustabout work and preventive maintenance to keep production equipment in good

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to prepare daily liquid/gas production reports.
• Capable of roustabout work and maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The following represents the majority of the duties performed by the position, but are not meant to be at all inclusive or nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary
• Pumper checks of wells and provides prompt notification as conditions change
• Conducts production tests
• Performs minor repairs of surface production and injection equipment
• Pumper maintains production equipment in good operating condition
• Pumper is responsible for Roustabout work on assigned wells
• Maintain a clean and safe lease and well-site
• Pumper submits daily reports of produced volumes of oil, gas and water
• Contacts haulers and ensures produced fluids are taken from the lease sites in a timely manner
• Witnesses and ensures accuracy of gauges, tests and run tickets
• Pumper maintains company equipment including computers, vehicles, and cell phones
• Responsible for maintaining neighborly and positive relationship with land owners and regulatory agency representatives
• Complies with all regulatory, environmental and safety rules and standards, as well as company policies
