Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed job plans for small capital projects in the oil and gas sector. You will coordinate resources, create CPM baselines, and manage cost estimates to support project execution.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years of cost engineering, planning, and scheduling in oil & gas, with advanced Primavera P6 skills and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in cost engineering, planning, scheduling and project controls in oil & gas.
• Advanced experience with Primavera (P6) scheduling on projects; large project experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.
• Autonomous, self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Must pass background, drug, MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed job plans with steps, durations, materials and equipment needs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate planning resources with cost estimates and schedules.
• Update plans with approved change orders and develop new plans as needed.
• Develop CPM logic-generated baselines and schedules for projects.
• Participate in ORM schedule reviews and other sessions.
• Provide training in project and scheduling software to staff.
• Prepare summary and detailed level schedules.
• Analyze problems and propose solutions; adjust plans based on feedback.
