Qualifications

• 1–3 years in administrative, data entry, or oil & gas roles.
• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with oil & gas production data is a plus.
• Office location in Laredo, TX; relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter, and validate daily, monthly, and annual production data.
• Maintain production databases and reporting systems.
• Prepare production reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Reconcile production volumes with field reports, run tickets, and third-party statements.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports using Excel or production software.
• Communicate with field personnel, engineers, and vendors to gather data.
• Assist with audits by providing accurate documentation and data support.
