Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter, and validate daily, monthly, and annual production data (oil, gas, water).
• Maintain and update production databases and reporting systems.
• Prepare production reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Reconcile production volumes with field reports and third-party statements.
• Monitor and report data discrepancies and assist in resolutions.
• Support revenue tracking by coordinating with accounting and marketing.
• Maintain records of production data, contracts, and well information.
• Assist with audits by providing accurate documentation and data support.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports using Excel or production software.
• Communicate with field personnel, engineers, and vendors to gather data.
