Job summary

Caturus, a Houston-based exploration and production company, is seeking a Production Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of daily and monthly production volumes across all assets. You will validate allocations, maintain system setups, and support regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and eager to develop expertise in production accounting and allocation processes, with ProCount experience and strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in oil & gas production accounting is required.
• ProCount experience is required.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Validate daily production allocations and ensure results align with approved methodologies.
• Review and QC allocation outputs, researching and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor data feeds from field systems (SCADA) for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with field operations to resolve missing or inconsistent production data.
• Perform monthly statement reconciliations and generate detailed internal reconciliation files.
