• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex requirements.
• Experience supporting large enterprise transformation with multiple workstreams.
• Strong vendor management experience with multiple tech vendors and/or system integrators.
• Experience with legacy system integration and new technology implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across business, IT, vendor, and technical teams.
• Comfortable with a complex environment with a large volume of requirements and dependencies.
