Job summary
Amplified Industries in Texas is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales of IoT sensor and ML-driven monitoring for onshore oil and gas infrastructure, including pump jacks, tanks and wells. You will apply your technical expertise to understand client needs and articulate the value of our solutions throughout the sales process, from discovery to implementation.
The role requires 1–3+ years of petroleum engineering experience, field experience, and the ability to travel to sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 1–3+ years of petroleum engineering experience with field roles.
- Strong credibility and ability to explain value to production/operations teams.
- Knowledge of onshore wellsite equipment including pump jacks, gas lift, plunger lifts, tanks.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of IoT sensor and ML-driven monitoring solutions.
- Translate client needs into technical demonstrations and proposals.
- Travel to active wellsites for client meetings and demos.
- Support from discovery through implementation.
