Job summary
Amplified Industries is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive usage and satisfaction of its IoT sensor and AI-driven monitoring solutions across a portfolio of onshore oil and gas accounts. You will act as the trusted technical advisor, helping customers optimize wells and realize full value from Amplified's monitoring and remote well control offerings.
Qualified candidates have 1–3+ years in petroleum engineering, strong industry credibility, and the ability to travel to active well
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in petroleum engineering, with field experience as a production foreman or production engineer.
- Strong industry credibility and technical acumen with the ability to communicate the value of Amplified's solutions to production and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive usage, adoption, and satisfaction of Amplified's IoT sensor and AI-driven monitoring solutions across oil and gas accounts.
- Serve as trusted advisor and technical point of contact for customers across a portfolio of sites.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize wells and realize full value from the monitoring and remote well control solutions.
