Job summary

Oil States Energy Services in Williston, ND seeks an experienced HSE Coordinator to ensure facilities comply with safety, health, environmental, quality management systems and company policies.

Under the guidance of the HSE Region Manager, you will develop and maintain knowledge of QHS&E/DOT requirements, lead audits, train employees, investigate incidents, and partner with OPS management to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree and/or equivalent HS&E experience.
• HS&E Certification preferred.
• Three (3) plus years’ experience in oilfield work or related field.
• Minimum Five (5) years’ HS&E experience in oil and gas industry.
• Must maintain a safe driving record.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Abide by all Oil States Energy Services Safety and Operational Policies and Procedures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the QHS&E/DOT Management System.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HS&E regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
• Support deployment and maintenance of the QHS&E/DOT system across locations.
• Lead or participate in HS&E audits and inspections and track corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and aid in timely closure of actions.
• Provide HS&E training and maintain documentation.
• Review HS&E statistics and trends.
• Communicate effectively with management and field personnel.
