Job summary

Tally Personnel, LLC in Williston, ND seeks a Field Service Representative to develop strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and deliver equipment to customer sites in the oil and gas sector.

You will manage inventory, complete field tickets and BOLs, and train customers and third‑party service teams on proper techniques and SOPs, while ensuring safety and quality on every assignment. This role requires local travel and occasional state-wide trips.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• Available after hours/weekends/holidays periodically.
• Local travel required, periodic travel outside state for training.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong customer relationships and identifies sales opportunities.
• Achieves sales targets and forecasts sales activities in the territory.
• Delivers equipment and tools to customer locations and completes BOLs.
• Educates customers and third‑party service companies on proper techniques and SOPs.
• Manages inventory and coordinates restocking to ensure product availability.
• Provides excellent customer service and collaborates with internal teams.
• Promotes and adheres to all HSE policies and procedures.
