Job summary

Flogistix Lp seeks a Field Service Technician to develop and maintain profitable relationships with natural gas producing customers in the Williston, ND region. You will service and troubleshoot compressor packages, perform preventive maintenance, and support field operations and safety compliance.

The role requires hands‑on mechanical and electrical skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Requires basic mechanical and electrical know‑how; customer focused.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and background checks; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes cost effective and safe customer runtime reliability.
• Installs, services, and decommissions compressor packages in the territory.
• Ensures environmental regulation compliance for compressor packages.
• Reports on new business opportunities and availability of field personnel.
• Performs preventive maintenance and diagnostics on high‑pressure gas lift units.
• Inspects equipment and uses diagnostic tools to preempt failures.
