Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certs or an associate degree preferred.
• 1–5+ years of oilfield production operations experience desired.
• Experience reading P&IDs and facility drawings; basic reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily well performance and production rates.
• Optimize production and identify improvement opportunities.
• Inspect tanks, separators, treaters, and production equipment.
• Operate and monitor lease equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot well and facility issues; perform routine maintenance.
• Collect production data and keep accurate records.
• Coordinate repairs with maintenance and service providers.
• Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Support production targets while maintaining safety.

Education
