Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in E&P operations or oil & gas facilities.
• Experience in control, design and operations of oil & gas facilities and lease operations with maintenance responsibilities.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment on oil and gas facilities and perform repairs as needed.
• Perform moderately complex corrective tasks (valves, controllers, pumps, and related equipment).
• Coordinate with planners, engineers, and safety groups to ensure compliance and timely work orders.
• Develop and implement SOPs, prioritize projects, and contribute to optimization.
• Maintain relationships with local and state representatives and landowners as required.
• Train less experienced staff and ensure accurate job cost tracking and reporting.
