The role involves generating estimates, maintaining organized construction information, and coordinating bid submissions. Ideal candidates will have project scheduling experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience with estimating software is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and communicate project scope.

Responsibilities

• Generate estimates and gather project information.
• Document control of bid documents and maintain company database.
• Assist in prequalification of vendors/subcontractors.
