Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major Oil & Gas field development initiative within the Red River Development Program. The PM will be responsible for overall project delivery of surface facilities from FEED through construction and commissioning, coordinating diverse engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

This contract-based role is based in Allen, Texas, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of Oil & Gas experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering capital projects from FEED through commissioning.
• Experience managing EPC contractors.
• Strong budget, schedule, and stakeholder management experience.
• EOR, CCS, or CO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution through engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Own overall project budget and AFE management.
• Manage schedule performance and recovery planning.
• Direct EPC, engineering, and construction contractors.
• Coordinate project controls, procurement, supply chain, engineering, and construction teams.
• Maintain project reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Support regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Drive safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
