• Experience monitoring/operating pumps, valves, compressors, heaters, coolers.
• Ability to troubleshoot plant processes and equipment.
• Understanding of safe operating procedures and facility safety requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to monitor multiple operating conditions and respond to changing situations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and operations personnel.
• Must meet all conditional offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
