Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to join our growing crew. We offer full-time positions, PAID TRAINING, and a clear path from lube tech to manager with internal promotions.

Starting wage is up to $15 per hour with base pay and commissions, plus benefits like health insurance, paid time off, and SAME DAY PAY through myFlexPay. No experience required—training you to become a skilled oil changer.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
