Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience required; we will train you to change oil, replace wiper blades, fill tires, and perform light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions. We offer paid training and a path to leadership, with weekly bonuses and SAME DAY PAY through myFlexPay. Full-time benefits include PTO and Health, Vision & Dental Insurance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a lube technician.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and provide customer service.
