Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members. No experience is required; we will train you to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades/air filters, and other light maintenance. You can stay in your car during service while we work.

We offer full-time roles with flexible schedules, base pay up to $15/hour plus commissions, paid training, and a proven path to leadership as many shop managers started as lube techs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a lube technician.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in shop conditions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform light maintenance.
