Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Austin, TX is seeking motivated individuals to join as full-time Oil Change Team Members. No experience is required, as we provide paid training to become a qualified lube technician capable of changing oil, replacing wiper blades, adjusting tires, and performing light maintenance.

Earn up to $15 per hour plus base pay and commissions, with opportunities to move up quickly into team leadership roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
