Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to join our friendly crew. No experience required—we train you to perform oil changes, replace wipers/filters, and other light maintenance while you learn our efficient process.

Earn up to $15/hr base pay with commissions, enjoy same-day pay, paid training, and opportunities for rapid advancement from lube tech to manager roles as you grow within the Take 5 family.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
