Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is seeking an Oil Change Team Member to join our friendly, energetic crew. No experience required; we train you to become a skilled lube technician while you learn our fast, customer-focused service process.

As a full-time shop member, you’ll handle oil changes, basic maintenance, and customer service, with opportunities for advancement and paid training. Expect competitive hourly pay and benefits, with possible commissions.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced shop.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and check tire pressure.
• Inspect fluids and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service.
