Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly, energetic team members to join as full-time crew members and lube techs. No experience is required, and you will be trained to perform oil changes, simple maintenance, and customer service in a fast-paced shop environment.

Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, with opportunities for advancement to management roles. Full-time benefits and a path for internal promotion are highlighted in the role description.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Willingness to learn oil change processes and basic maintenance.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Provide excellent customer service.
