Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member. No experience required; we will train you to change oil, replace blades/filters, top off fluids, and perform light maintenance. You will join a growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs.

We offer PAID TRAINING, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive shop environment. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, plus benefits and same-day pay options.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to become a lube technician.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in hot/cold conditions and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory; keep shop clean.
• Provide excellent customer service.
