Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Oil Change Team Member to join our growing team. No experience required; we will train you to become a lube technician who can perform basic maintenance while you stay in your car.

Earn up to $15/hour with base pay and commissions, with opportunities to move up quickly as over 90% of our Shop Managers started as lube techs. Take advantage of paid training and weekly bonuses in a flexible full-time role.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be over 18; in Texas, 16+ allowed in some cases.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work in hot/cold conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
