Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for Oil Change Team Members. Join our growing crew as full-time lube techs with paid training and opportunities for advancement. No experience is required, and you can learn to perform oil changes, light maintenance, and customer service.

Earn up to $15/hr base pay plus commissions, with weekly bonuses and growth paths from crew to leadership. Flexible schedules and benefits are available to full-time employees.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions when needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids, perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
