Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members in Ohio. No prior experience required; we provide paid training to become a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, add air to tires, and perform light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, plus weekly bonuses and benefits. Join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs, with opportunities for advancement—over 90% of our field leaders started as technicians.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to learn and trainable.
• Good customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and provide excellent customer service.
