Responsibilities

• Perform title examinations to determine property ownership.
• Draft title opinions highlighting defects, liens, or issues.
• Review deeds, leases, and contracts for ownership rights.
• Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Negotiate and draft agreements compliant with laws.
• Support litigation team if needed.
• Meet quarterly billable target of 450 hours.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local laws.
