Job Title: OIC Technical Consultant (W2 Only) - Need 10+

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months contract to hire, remote

Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify OIC integrations from scratch and existing ones focused on HCM.
• Work with HCM modules including Payroll and Compensation.
• Utilize Fast Formulas for Payroll and Compensation modules, including inbound and outbound formulas with HCM extract and HDL.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in OIC integrations, with expertise in creating integrations from scratch and modifying existing ones.
• Strong understanding of HCM functional modules, especially Payroll and Compensation.
• Experience with HDL Loader and HCM Extracts.
• Proficiency in Fast Formulas related to Payroll and Compensation modules.
