Job summary

Info Origin Inc. is seeking an OHPAC Application Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 support for Oracle Health Patient Accounting within our EHR initiative. The role focuses on troubleshooting, user configuration, issue triage and escalation, and post-go-live sustainment.

You will perform health checks, monitor KPIs, maintain logs, and follow ITIL/SLA processes while ensuring HIPAA/privacy compliance. Three+ years of experience in OHPAC, healthcare/EHR support, incident documentation, Citrix,

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) and patient accounting workflows.
Healthcare/EHR application support with HIPAA knowledge.
Experience documenting incidents, tracking issues, and escalation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 OHPAC support and troubleshoot patient accounting issues.
Triage, resolve, document, and escalate application issues as needed.
Support user configuration, work queues, processing, interfaces, and document management.
Perform pre/post-go-live EHR health checks and monitor KPIs and system usage.
Maintain issue logs, trend analyses, readiness checklists, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
Adhere to ITIL/SLA processes and EHR workflows with HIPAA privacy and security in mind.
