Job summary

Info Origin Inc. is hiring an Oracle Health Patient Accounting Application Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 support for OHPAC and Cerner applications in a hybrid Richmond, VA environment. The role focuses on resolving routine issues, managing user access, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant operations.

Responsibilities include health checks, incident tracking, and escalation to Tier 2 as needed, in line with ITIL/SLA procedures. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of OHPAC / Oracle Health Patient Accounting experience.
• Experience with healthcare patient accounting / revenue-cycle workflows.
• Tier 1 application support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with incident documentation and escalation.
• Working knowledge of Citrix, desktop applications, printing, and user access.
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
